UK Customers
You can return your order with 14 days of receipt for a full refund, but the Blingbacks must be returned be in their original condition unused and in their box.
Individual faulty Blingbacks may also be returned, but again the Blingbacks must be returned in their original condition unused and in their box.
Blingbacks cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
